This week through the HSE B4UDecide programme the learners had the opportunity to engage with topics such as sexual diversity, self-esteem, peer pressure and healthy relationships. This was an enjoyable and positive way to consider topics that can be hard going.
If we think before we make decisions, the outcomes are normally much better in the long run, than if we ‘jump in’. What a great message!
